Of Pompano Beach FL, died peacefully on February 22, 2018. Predeceased by her loving husband, Albert and cherished daughter, Roslyn. Survived by her sons, Robert and Richard; daughter-in-law, Susan; and her grandchildren, Marissa and Reed. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of Bessie and Benjamin Wilf; sister of Mervin.
Alma was extremely active in philanthropic and religious activities. From 1962 to 1965, she was President of the Ruth Marks Magilner chapter of B'nai B'rith, which was then the largest chapter in Philadelphia. Alma also worked as a travel agent for 40 years in Philadel-phia and Fort Lauderdale. After moving to Florida in the 1970s, she became a member of the Board of Trustees of Temple Bat Yam in East Fort Lauderdale.
A Memorial Service was held on Feb. 23 at Temple Bat Yam. Graveside Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, Feb. 25, 12 Noon, Haym Salomon Memorial Park, 200 Moores Rd., Frazer PA. Contributions in Alma's memory may be made to Temple Bat Yam, 5151 NE 14th Terrace, Fort Lauderdale FL 33334 (954-928-0410).
