Andrew Portner, March 10, 2023, of Philadelphia, PA; beloved son of Julie Von Spreckelsen (Gregg Adelman) and Kenneth Portner (Lisa Taxin); loving brother of Matthew Portner; cherished grandson of Sheldon and the late Cynthia Portner, and the late Henry & Lorraine Von Spreckelsen. Relatives and friends are invited to services, Monday, March 13, 2023, 1:00pm, Joseph Levine & Sons, 1002 W. Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, PA. The service will also be webcasted at www.levinefuneral.com. Interment is private. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Lisa and Kenneth Portner. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Andrew’s memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
