Anita Berman

Anita (Feinsinger) Berman, of Boca Raton, formerly from Philadelphia, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. Loving and devoted wife for 70 years to Samuel (Chubby) Berman. Adored mother of Kitty (Larry) White and Jane (Keith) Petty. Cherished grandmother of Daniel (Sarah) Bernstein, Shawn White, Lee (Lisa) White, Michelle (Ira) Besser. Great grandmother of Ava, Lily, Henry, Abby, Belle, Sam, Alexa, Max and Raina. Beloved sister of Tema (Bernie) Roth. Devoted aunt to nieces and nephews Mitchell (Marji), Karen (Stewart), Harry (Lisa), Jackie (Michael), Mindy, Andy (Shannon). Anita was totally committed to living a Jewish life. She served three major shuls as Vice President, Board Member and Creator of Jewish Education and Parlor Study Programs with Dr. Leon Weissberg. She served as the Vice President of Education for the South Palm Beach County Federation Women's Division. Funeral services will be on Sunday, January 22, 2017, 2pm at B'nai Torah Congregation, 6261 SW 18th St, Boca Raton, FL. Interment services will be Wednesday, January 25, 2017, 12 Noon at the Montefiore Cemetery, 600 Church Road, Jenkintown, PA.
