WEINSTEIN
ARLEEN (nee Wherthey) August 13, 2017. Beloved wife of 54 years of Fred Weinstein and loving mother of Carolyn Robertson. Also survived by a sister Lois Nixon. Arleen was an amazing person who was admired by everyone who met her for her kindness, genero-sity of spirit and good humor. She was willing to attempt any task and conquered all of them. Known as "The Quilt Lady" she helped hundreds of people with their needlework. She was an enthusiastic volunteer at the Philadelphia Flower Show, and the Physic Garden of the Pennsylvania Hospital. Arleen was a bright and shining star whose luster was dimmed and finally extinguished by Alz-heimer's Disease. Relatives and friends are invited to a Graveside Services Tuesday August 15, 12 noon at Haym Solomon Memorial Park, 200 Moores Rd., Frazer, PA.
