Arnold Goldstone

GOLDSTONE Arnold "Ace" Feb. 1, 2022, age 97, of Bala Cynwyd, PA. He was pre-deceased by his beloved wife Joan (nee Distell) and their dear sons Robert and Lee. Arnold was a graduate of West Philly High, then studied at the Univ. of Pittsburgh where he then enlisted in the US Air Force. He became a fighter pilot of WWII as a commissioned officer, of which he was proud. Arnold and Joan were early members of Beth David in Wynnefield, then participated as full members of Main Line Reform. He was a realtor in Overbrook Park, then partnered with his brother-in-law Steve Distell in the construction business. They built many custom homes on the Main Line and in NJ. In retirement, he enjoyed golfing, painting, and wintering in Florida with Joan by his side. He will be remembered lovingly by his grandchildren Paul and Ali, brother George, sisters-in-law Jackie and Marlene, and his dear friends.
