Arthur "Nick" Goldman, Sept. 18, 2015 formerly of Elkins Park, PA; beloved husband of Janice (nee Goldin); loving father of Jill Goldman-Callahan (Robert), Josh Goldman (Marina), and Jennifer Goldman; devoted brother of Marion Shapiro; also survived by 4 cherished grandchildren. Nick served as Vice President of G.B. Goldman Paper Co. and as Chairman of the Board of Oak Lane Day School and was a longstanding board member of the Reconstructionist Rabbinical College where he developed many important friendships. Nick possessed a rare combination of deep emotional sensitivity, a passion for learning, and an endless curiosity for the intricacies of many domains. He was famous for placing googly eyes in the salads at fancy restaurants to the delight and embarrassment of his children and grand-children. Relatives and friends are invited to services
Monday 1PM at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the Zemel/Shapiro Residence in Elkins Park beginning at 7PM.
