Beloved husband of Rita (nee Kwait) loving father of David (Deb) Wartell and Ellen (Ken) Tubman and devoted grand-father of Michael Tubman and Samir Luther, Randi and Ryan Tubman and Amy and Dan Stoner. Mr. Wartell was a World War II Army Veteran and a recipient of the Purple Heart. He was an Electrical Engineer with GE in Philadelphia for most of his career, and was a active member and Past President of Temple Israel of Upper Darby. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services, Tuesday 11:00 A.M., Mt. Sharon Cemetery (Sec. I), Springfield Ave., Springfield, PA. Contributions in his memory may be made to Hadassah.
