Barbara Elko (nee Freeman), December 26, 2025, of Lafayette Hill, PA; devoted wife of Barry Elko; loving mother of Douglas Elko (Corissa); adored grandmother of Carter Elko and Aleena Elko; and devoted sister of Howard Freeman (Susan).

Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM Joseph Levine & Sons, 1002 W. Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, PA. Following services, the family will return to the late residence.
