Barbara Elko (nee Freeman), December 26, 2025, of Lafayette Hill, PA; devoted wife of Barry Elko; loving mother of Douglas Elko (Corissa); adored grandmother of Carter Elko and Aleena Elko; and devoted sister of Howard Freeman (Susan).

Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM Joseph Levine & Sons, 1002 W. Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, PA. Services will be livestreamed at https://www.levinefuneral.com/blue-bell-webcam1.html. Following services, the family will return to the late residence from 11:30 AM-3 PM then again from 6-8 PM.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Barbara’s memory may be made to American Liver Foundation, www.liverfoundation.org, or a charity of the donor’s choice.
