Relatives and friends are invited to Services Tuesday 11 A.M. JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose. Interment King David Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed THURSDAY ONLY at the late residence, beginning 3 P.M. Contributions in her memory may be made to the National Emphysema Foundation, 128 East Avenue, Norwalk, CT 06851 or any anti-smoking organization.
