DR. BARRON STUART "BARRY"
Of Gladwyne, PA. Loving son of the late Henrietta (nee Toub) and the late Dr. Charles L. Lavine of Trenton, NJ. He was born June 2, 1934 and died peacefully Wednesday Nov. 15, 2017 surrounded by his loving family; wife of 59 years Hannah (nee Matzkin); daughter and son-in-law Joan and Mitchell Kline of Vestal, NY and grandson Joshua Henry Kline of New York, NY. A graduate of The George School, Newtown, PA., Elizabethtown College and the PA College of Optometry. Dr. Lavine was a member of many professional, civic and charitable organiza-tions. He was a true gentleman and an outstanding optometric practitioner for 45 years in Upper Darby and Havertown. A special thanks to his many devoted and dedicated care-givers over the many years. Contributions made in his memory to Hadassah www.hadassah.org or the Alzheimer's Association www.alz.org will be greatly appreciated.
