Barry L. Schwartz

Barry L. Schwartz, a loving husband, father, and grandfather passed away at home on July 5, 2023 surrounded by loved ones.

He truly enjoyed life's simple pleasures and leaves behind a legacy of caring and love. Barry was stubborn and opinionated, but kind beyond measure, and would help anyone in need. Born a southpaw with a green thumb, and an eye for creativity, Barry's love for sports, horticulture, and innovation carried throughout his life.

He was a Phanatic Philly sports fan and when he wasn't listening, watching, or attending a game, he could be found meticulously caring for his beloved garden. Barry was known for thinking outside the box and always finding creative solutions.

To those who knew and loved him, he will always be remembered, above all, for his empathy, kindness, and compassion. We will continue to honor his memory with love, laughter, and long-winded stories.

Barry L., July 5, 2023, of Blue Bell, PA. Beloved husband of Nancy (nee Leshner) Schwartz; loving father of Rachel Schwartz, Lauren Schwartz and Michael (Juliana Pak) Schwartz; cherished Papa Bear of Ava, Jacob, and Zander; devoted brother of Joan (Sanford) Wilk and Donald (Barbara) Schwartz.

Services are private. Family and friends may pay their respects at the late residence on Sunday, July 9^th from 12:00 to 4:00PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Barry’s memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
