BEATRICE (nee Jaffe), April 12, 2014 of Tucson, AZ, formerly of Tamarac, FL and Phila. Wife of the late Leon Sklar and the late Samuel Weinberg; mother of Max Weinberg and Jeffrey (Wendy) Weinberg; sister of Sidney (Rita) Jaffe and Jerome (Faith) Jaffe; grandmother of Shawna, Brian, Drew, Samantha and Spencer; great-grandmother of Averly and Grayson. Mrs. Sklar had a lifelong commit-ment of service to the Jewish War Veterans and was a past Commander of the ladies auxiliary of Florida.
Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Thursday, 12 Noon Montefiore Cemetery, 600 Church Rd., Jenkintown, PA. The family will return to the residence of Honey Bellosi. Contributions in her memory may be made to The National Museum of Ameri-can Jewish Military History, Washington, DC or to the Jewish War Veterans of the USA.
