JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose. Interment Roosevelt Memorial Park. Family will return to the residence of Kenneth Stein. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the American Kidney Fund.
