BERNICE (nee Erschler)

Sept. 7, 2018. Devoted wife of the late Samuel Korman and beloved Mother of Lynne Korman Honickman (Harold) and Steven Korman. She died peacefully at seasoned age of 102 at her home in Center City Phila. Bernice lived a long and full life. She is fondly remem-bered for her style, grace and wisdom. "She was beautiful on the inside and the outside. Her wisdom and love enriched my life in countless ways." said her daughter Lynne Honickman. Her son Steven Korman is "forever grateful for the way she nurtured strong family bonds and for her determined spirit. She gave us a strong foundation for life."
She was an avid Master Bridge player who competed nationally. She was active in her syna-gogue at Temple Shalom. Grandmother of Jeffrey Honickman (Margie), Shirley Hahn (Richard), Larry Korman (Korin), Bradley Korman (Pam) and Mark Korman (Kelly) and 12 great-grandchildren. Also survived by Toby Davidoff, the mother of Larry, Brad and Mark.
Services will be held at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose, PA. on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at 10:30 A.M. Interment Private. The family will return to Boathouse row at the Ritten-house Hotel, Wednesday only from 12 noon to 8 P.M. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to a charity of the Donor's choice.
