BERNICE (nee Tobin), October 28, 2016 of Bryn Mawr and Center City, Phila., PA. Beloved wife of the late Jay H. Rosenfeld; loving mother of Ellen (Robert) Sall, Robin (Michael) Gordon and Jimmy (Sheri) Rosenfeld; devoted sister of Estelle Brodsky and the late Sylvan M. (Frances) Tobin; cherished grandmother of Rebecca Sall, Matthew Sall, Alexa (Robert) Jakobi, Andrew Gordon, David Gordon, Stephanie Rosenfeld and Lindsay Gordon. In addition to being wife and mother extraordinaire, Bernice was a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania class of 47. She was a docent at the Philadelphia Museum of Art for 37 years. She was also a Republican Ward leader of the 52 Ward in Phila. and co-chair of the Israel Bonds Home and Art Tour. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Monday, 11 A.M. Har Zion Temple, 1500 Hagys Ford Road, Penn Valley, PA 19072. Interment at Roosevelt Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Robin and Michael Gordon on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and the residence of Sheri and Jimmy Rosenfeld on Thursday. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to the Jay H. Rosenfeld Fund C/O Har Zion Temple.
