Carlyn Abrams

Carlyn (nee Rains) of Wyncote, PA passed away on October 4, 2023. Born on September 30, 1923, age 100. Devoted wife of the late Arthur. Beloved mother of Ginger (David) Lane and Judi Starr Pezola (the late Jimmy Pezola). Proud grandmother of Hillary (Michael) Slovin, Corey (Karen) Lane, Danny (Natalie) Lane, Cari Joy (Corky) Brown, Cortni Starr Pezola and the late Carli Starr Pezola. Beloved great grandmother of Emily, Amanda, Matthew, Bastian, Zinnia, Wylie, Jackson and Daisy. Also survived by loving niece and nephews; Ellen Hirsch, Joel and Jonathan Rains; and family friend Andy Cohen.

Relatives and friends are invited to memorial services Monday October 9, 11:00AM at Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel (Elkins Park, Pa.).  Shiva Monday night only at the home of Ginger and David Lane. Donations in her memory may be made to Reform Congregation Keneseth Israel or to Young Starrs Theater Company.
