Beloved mother of Brien Longobardi, the late Billy Graham and the late Richard Graham; loving wife of the late John Longobardi & Robert De Hanes; devoted grandmother of Richard Graham (Kat), Christopher Graham (Michael), and Kevin Graham (Jessica); and cherished great-grandmother of Marley, Gavin, and Julia Graham. Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Cecelia’s memory may be made to any charity which benefits pets or animals.
