Mother of David Moskowitz (Rosemary), Gary Moskowitz (Helene Krasney) and Kenneth Moskowitz (Carol Phillips). Sister of Richard Milstein (The late Dr. Jordan Ruboy) and Gladys Rosenthal (The Late Jay S. Rosenthal); Grandmother of Sharon and Ruth; step-grandmother of Michael. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Sunday at 1:30 P.M. at the Roosevelt Memorial Park, Trevose, Bucks, Co., PA 19053. The family will return to the late residence and respectfully request that contributions in Charlotte's memory are made to Smith College or to American ORT.
