Charlotte Targan Seiden

 February 5, 2025, of Naples Florida, formerly of Philadelphia; devoted mother of Melanie A. Lewin (Adam) and Joel Seiden; cherished grandmother of Marc Lewin and beloved sister of Sandy Shipon, nee Targan (Neal Shipon). Relatives and friends are invited to a memorial service, beginning at 12:00 pm, Wednesday, February 12, 2025, at Joseph Levine & Sons, 1002 Skippack Pike, Blue Bell, PA. For those unable to attend, the service will also be livestreamed at Blue Blue Webcam. Following services, shiva will be held on Wednesday only at The Fairmont, 41 Conshohocken State Road, Bala Cynwyd, in the community room. Minyan will be at 6:45pm.  In lieu of flowers, contributions in Charlotte’s memory may be made to ASPCA, JNF or Gift of Life.
