Cynthia Sklar (nee Floum), April 12, 2026, of Manchester, VT, formerly of Philadelphia, PA ; beloved wife of the late Ronald Sklar, devoted mother of Robin Fisher (Marc), Jeff Sklar and the late Wendy Sklar; cherished grandmother of Morgan Fisher Touchette (Andy), Justin Fisher, Jeremy Sklar (Lexi), Hillary Sklar and Rayna Sklar; adoring great grandmother of Harrison, Caroline, Charlotte & Jonas.
