DAVID SALUS, 86 died peacefully in his home on May 25, 2016. Survived by his wife of 60 years, Rita (nee Chapman), his daughters, Phyllis (Tzippi) Sandler (Harvey Sher), Susan Sandler (Howard Eisenberg), Yael (Jo Ann) Sandler (Jeff Weinstein), and Jill Sandler Ligi (Brian Ligi); and 11 grandchildren. He is also survived by his sister Ruth Winkleman and his twin brother, Murray Sandler. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2016 at 10 A.M. at Adath Israel, 250 N. Highland Avenue, Merion Station, PA 19066. Int. at Mt. Sharon Cemetery. Immediately following the family will sit Shiva at the home of Susan Sandler and Howard Eisenberg Thurs. through Fri. morning. The family will resume Shiva on Sat. eve., at the late residence, and then on Sun., with morning minyan at the home of Susan Sandler and Howard Eisenberg. They will return to the late residence from Mon. morning minyan through end of Shiva on Wed. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to The American Red Cross or Magen David Adom.
