May 5, 2020, of Wynnewood PA. Beloved wife of the late Arthur G. Raynes, Esq. (Poppy). Adoring mother of Nancy (Jay) Dubow, Michael (Roberto) Raynes and Stephen (Liz) Raynes. Proud grandmother of David Dubow, Alex Dubow, Lily Ann Raynes and Katie Raynes. Devoted sister of Phyllis Ploener. Raised in Westchester PA, Diane (Didi) graduated from The University of Pennsylvania and in her senior year met the love of her life sweet Poppy. She was his true partner for 47 years and they shared everything with one another speaking multiple times a day. Together they instilled in their children and grandchildren the unrelenting power of family. Although profoundly saddened by Poppy's passing 14 years ago, she was never alone and was always surrounded by her children, her grandchildren and her caring companion Tess who all adored her. She was a great conversationalist and never ceased to light up a room with her warm, sweet and infectious smile. She was known for her impeccable style, grace and elegance. She was a true lady. Services and interment will be private at Haym Salomon Memorial Park. The family requests that contributions in her memory be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
