Donald was the beloved husband of Harriet (nee Bickelman); loving father of Rachel Molly Joseph and Seth Joseph (Bonnie Miano); devoted brother of Mark Joseph (Patricia); adoring grandfather of Aden Joseph Alvarez.

Relatives and friends are invited to funeral services on Monday April 20, 2026, 10:00 AM at Germantown Jewish Center, 400 W Ellet Street, Philadelphia, PA 19119. Interment to follow at Montefiore Cemetery, 600 Church Road, Jenkintown, PA 19046. 

Shiva will be observed at the late residence Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday at 7 PM. 

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law (bazelon.org), Caron Foundation (caron.org), or the Penn Memory Center (pennmemorycenter.org).
