POLSKY DONNA (nee Levin), March 18, 2003, wife of Edward; daugher of Ida Levin; mother of Shay (Lori) Polsky, Jillian (John) Buchanan, and Rodd (Lisa) Polsky; sister of Lissa (Barry) Poulson and Mindy (Eddie) Davis; also survived by her 3 grandchildren, Ryan, Jessica and Jake. Services are private. The family will be receiving guests at the late residence Thursday through Sunday. Contributions in her memory may be made to American Cancer Society.
