Dr. Perry Grossman

Dr. Perry Grossman passed away on July 30, 2026, at the age of 89, in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Loving father of Marlene Grossman, Jeanette (Holger) Bucks, Elliot Grossman and Mark Grossman; loving stepfather to Michelle Covert Mushkin; cherished grandfather of Kara Gitskin, Joel Gitskin, Blake Nezer Grossman and Mitchell Nezer Grossman; adored brother of the late Bernard Grossman and the late Sylvia Cohen.

Perry was born to Morris and Fanny Grossman in Atlantic City, New Jersey. He spent his formative years  in Woodbine, New Jersey. He obtained his undergraduate and medical degrees from Temple University. After completing his medical degree, he served in the Air Force at Clovis Airforce Base in Clovis, New Mexico. Following his Air Force service, he established a Pediatric practice in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania, where he raised his family. He loved his family, camping, cooking (he was an incredible cook), his motorcycles and all things nature, especially owls!

A graveside service will be held on Friday, August 7, 2026, 11:00AM at Montefiore Cemetery, 600 Church Road, Jenkintown, PA. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Perry’s memory may be made to The National Audubon Society.
