Also survived by long time companion Frances Kramer. Relatives and friends are invited to services Tuesday October 24, 2006 at 1:00 PM at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SON, N. Broad St. above 71st Ave. Interment Har Nebo Cemetery. The family will return to the residence of Bruce H. Cahan and respectfully request that contributions in his memory be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
