Edward Gold

September 30, 2022. 88, died peacefully surrounded by loved ones.  Son of the late Claire and Louis Gold.  Beloved husband of Susan (nee Godfrey) Forman Gold. Devoted father of Lauren (Frank) Heslin and Jennifer Gold. Beloved stepfather to Andrew (Jamie) Forman, Matthew (Stacie) Forman and Robert Hirsh. Devoted Grandfather to Lindsay, Zachary, Meredith, Rachel and Grant. Ed was an adored history teacher at Wagner Junior High School and Woodrow Wilson Middle School, both part of the Philadelphia School District. He was proud to serve in the US Army.

Ed will be deeply missed for his kindness, humor and respect for all humanity.
