JACOBS ELAINE (nee STUBINA) March 27, 2021, of West Chester, PA. Beloved wife for 65 years of David Jacobs; loving mother of Jack (Denise) Jacobs and Bradley Jacobs; adoring grandmother of Ryan and Jenna. Elaine had a prolific career as a jewelry wholesaler, designer, and business owner of EJ Jewelry. While it was not easy to open her own business in the 1970s, she built it from the bottom up and maintained it for 35 years in Pittsburgh and West Chester, PA.
