ELEANOR born in 1912, passed away early Sunday morning Sept. 18, 2005. She was the loving wife of the late Jack Balaban and devoted mother of Faith, Donald and Stephen. She is also survived by her children's spouses Susan Weikers Balaban, Arline Balaban and Raymond Silverstein. and by her grandchildren she cherished Robert (Susan) Silverstein, Judi Silverstein (Chris) Compton, Sanda and JJ Balaban and Jenna Balaban and great grand-daughter Carly Compton. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, 2 P.M. at the King David Memorial Park, (Sec I), Bensalem. The family will be at the Trianon 20 Conshohocken State Rd., Bala Cynwyd, following the service on Tuesday and Wednesday Evening. Remembrances for Eleanor may be directed to the Family of Eleanor Balaban Fund c/o The Abramson Center, 1425 Horsham Rd, North Wales, PA 19454.
