May 14, 2023 of Washington Crossing, PA; beloved husband of Susan (nee Vickar); father of Sherri Ballou (Jim), Michael Kotzker (Toni), Ken Kotzker (Kelly) and Elyse, grandfather of Brett, Caily, Jessica, John, Anthony, Melanie and Edward. He was also the stepfather of Karen Margolis (David) and Gregg Zeff (Debbie) and step-grandfather to Josh, Lauren, Jake and Drew. Services will be held Wednesday, May 17, 11:00 am at Joseph Levine & Sons, 4737 E. Street Road, Trevose, PA. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Elliot’s name may be made to the Simon Wiesenthal Center or a charity of the donor’s choice.
