ELSA, July 10, 1941 to May 21, 2013, of Elkins Park. A retired Philadelphia School Teacher, she was a Domestic Violence Counselor for Montgomery County Women's Center. She enjoyed working at Images Hair Studio in Jenkintown. Beloved Grandy of Emma Titano, her greatest treasure; also survived by Gloria Harrelson, Susan Titano, Ed Peterson, Joe Harrelson, Mickey, Maria and friends and neighbors too numerous to mention. Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Thursday, 3:15 P.M., Roosevelt Memorial Park, Old Lincoln Highway, Trevose. Relatives and friends will return to the late residence. Contributions in her memory may be made to Women's Center of Montgomery County.
