EMIL COHN III

Age 87, Emil Cohn III passed away on March 3, 2023. Of Rydal, PA, husband of Lois (nee Starr); father of Judy Cohn and Andy Starr; Brother of Joseph K. Cohn (Al), grandfather of Taylor and Morgan. Those that knew Emil know that he never stopped — never stopped smiling, traveling, and selling furniture. He was happiest when golfing, eating ice cream, watching Philly sports teams, but nothing made him happier than being surrounded by his family and friends. He would beam with pride whenever he had the opportunity to introduce his wife, daughter, son, and grandchildren to new people. Everyone felt his love and will miss his generous, welcoming presence. Relatives and friends are invited to Memorial Service, Wednesday March 8, 2023, at 11am at Reform Cong. Keneseth Israel, 8339 Old York Rd., Elkins Park. Services may be streamed at https://www.kenesethisrael.org/stream-services-online/. Interment will be Private. The family will return to the late residence and Shiva will be held starting at 12:30pm. Respectfully, contributions in lieu of flowers may be made in his memory to the charity of the donor’s choice.
