Shiva will be observed Tues only at the the residence of Mr. Neil Welles, Arlington, VA. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to the B'Nai Brith, The Simon Wiesenthal Center, or Temple Micah, 2829 Wisconsin Ave., NW Washington DC 20007.
