ETHAN LOUIS, on November 9, 2016, age 19 years, of Merion Station, PA, after a long and very brave battle with cystic fibrosis. Beloved son of Jeffrey N. Hurwitz and Louise Culver and devoted brother of Nathaniel Culver Hurwitz. Loving grandson of Olga (the late Robert) Culver and the late Maurice and Mollie Hurwitz. Ethan was a graduate of Friends Central School and had recently begun attending Temple University focusing on film study. He was a dynamic and generous person, loved by many; the world is greatly diminished by his loss. Relatives and friends are invited to his Services, Monday, 10:00 AM, Main Line Reform Temple, 410 Montgomery Ave., Wynnewood, PA. Interment at Old Haverford Friends Cemetery is private. Contributions in his memory may be made to the Delaware Valley Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, 2004 Sproul Rd., Suite 208, Broomall, PA 19008, or to Friends Central School, 1101 City Ave, Wynnewood, PA 19096.
