Ethel M. Kesselman (nee Rosen), April 2, 2021, of Feasterville, PA, formerly of Northeast Philadelphia and Vineland, NJ. Born in Jersey City to the late Ruth (nee Jaffe) and Ernest "Sonny" Rosen; Beloved wife of the late Bernard (Sonny) Kesselman; loving mother of Philip Kesselman, Elaine (Edward) Wasekanes, Steven (Sandy) Kesselman and Step-mother of Helene Masiko; cherished grandmother of Eddie (Lilly), Tyler, Nicole (Geoffrey), Janet, Lori (Mike), Alexann (James), Andrew, Elijah (Katie) and the late Corey, and great grandmother of Luna, Cambria, Victoria, Aisling and Jackson; devoted sister of Irwin Rosen and Barbara Frankel.
Ethel was an Energizer Bunny on Steroids. A truly and deeply loving mother, a great grandmother, and an even greater great-grandmother. A Powder Puff race car driver with 'The Daring Debs' in the 1950's, which earned her the nickname "Leadfoot". A hard-working Committeeperson & Judge of Election for the Democratic Party. She was a medical technician, executive secretary, and she worked alongside our Dad to run their auto parts businesses. She was a foster cat parent for The BINGO Foundation, an animal advocate. She was instrumental in helping to get The Puppy Mill Bill passed in PA and was invited to stand next to Gov. Ed Rendell at the signing of that bill. She was a mental health advocate. She was even her Grandson Corey's Show & Tell for one of his school classes.
Mom loved playing mahjong with her girlfriends & pinochle with our Dad & friends. A world traveler. She lived life to the fullest. She taught us that helping others was a must. Her motto was "If you are going to complain about something, what are YOU going to do to make it better".
Services are private. Contributions in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association (www.alz.org), Bingo's Foundation (www.bingosfoundation.org) or a charity of the donor's choosing.

Congregation Beth Israel Media, PA will be hosting Zoom Shiva on Tuesday & Wed at 7:30 PM.
