Evelyn (nee Chilnick), February 2, 2023, of Philadelphia, PA. Beloved wife of the late Samuel Dinoff; loving mother of Sharie (Marc) Amrom and Neal Dinoff; devoted sister of Herb (Yukari) Chilnick. Family and friends are invited to Graveside Services, Monday, 11:30AM at Mt. Sharon Cemetery, 502 E.
