FRANCIS "FRED", Feb. 16, 2015 of Philadelphia, PA.; husband of the late Mimi (nee Kraus); father of Joan (David) Wenger and Ronald Boschan; brother of Elizabeth Spiegel; also survived by 3 grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Memorial Services Thursday February 19th, 2:00 P.M. at The Watermark, 2 Franklin Town Blvd. Philadelphia. The family will return to the late residence and respectfully request contri-butions in his memory be made to Jewish Family Services or the Allied Jewish Appeal. Fred Boschan, 98, was a successful businessman, noted art col-lector, avid tennis player and lover of life.
