Frederick "Fred" Tapper, on September 16, 2024, of Havertown, PA; beloved father of Michael Tapper, Staci Cooperstein and Scott Tapper (Michelle); loving grandfather of Dylan Cooperstein, Gabrielle Tapper and Grant Tapper. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services, Friday, Sept. 20, 2024, 1:30PM, at Shalom Memorial Park, Huntingdon Valley, PA. Following burial, guests are invited to Maggio’s Restaurant, 400 2nd St. Pike, Southampton, Pa. Shiva will be observed at the residence of Michelle and Scott Tapper on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Fred’s memory may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project (https://www.woundedwarriorproject.org/).
