GIETA MARDER LANDOW, July 10, 1911 - Feb. 12, 2013, 101 years. Beloved daughter of the late William and Jennie Marder, sister of the late Hyman and Miriam Marder, Anne and Noah Sebotnick, Isadore (Nancy) Marder and Nathan and Sylvia Marder; also predeceased by her loving husband Sylvan Landow, son William Landow and son-in-law Bertram Horowitz. Survived by her loving daughter Barbara Horowitz, proud grandmother of Amy Horowitz (Shana), Franklin Horowitz (Joan), Geoffrey Horowitz (Laura), Wendy Landow (Eric Tepper), Robert Landow (Arlen) and Kenneth Landow (Tiffany); also survived by 13 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. She will be remembered by her lifelong friend Reba Swinger and her many loving nieces and nephews and their children. She was a graduate of William Penn High School, a retired Bookkeeper, lifelong member of Hadassah and many times President of the Wynnefield Chapter, longtime member of Har Zion Temple and it's Sisterhood. Relatives and friends are invited to services Sunday 11:30 A.M. Har Zion Temple, 1500 Hagys Ford Rd., Penn Valley, PA 19072. Interment Montefiore Cem. In lieu of flowers contributions in her memory may be made to Hadassah of Greater Phila., 1518 Walnut St., Suite 402, Phila., PA 19102 or Har Zion Temple.
