Gloria Fisher

Gloria Fisher (Jacobson) wife of the late Herbert "Bud" Fisher of Tankin the Caterer, passed away on May 11th, a few weeks shy of her 93rd birthday. Gloria was a floral and party decorator , a career that spanned over 48 years. She was the resident florist for Meadowlands Country Club for more than 20 years and did many parties in Caracas Venezuela . She enjoyed making people happy with her beautiful flower arrangements and decorations and making all the parties a special event for everyone. She grew up in Brooklyn New York and she and Bud raised their family in Glenside, PA. She is survived by her children Robert (Annette), Dianne Destefani, and Marlene Cuce (James) grandmother of Brian, Laura, Michelle Lynn, Debra Ann, Ruth and Ralph and great grandmother to Ava, Isla, Aubrey ,Gianna, Stephen and Katie. She is also survived by her half brother Robert Nodelman , sister in law Elinor Nodelman and was predeceased by her half brother William.
A Graveside Ceremony will be held at Roosevelt Memorial Park on Sunday, May 16th at 1 pm sharp Section B-2
