Relatives and friends are invited to Services Mon. Dec. 6, 2004 at 1 P.M., JOSEPH LEVINE & SON, North Broad St, above 71st Ave. Interment Montefiore Cemetery. The family will return to the residence of James and Robin and respectfully request that Contributions in her memory be made for Heart Research.
