Hazel Zief

Beloved wife of the late Morris; loving mother of Donald Zief (Joan) and Joel Zief; adoring grandmother of Rachel Korsky (Yury), Samuel Zief (Casey Rubinoff), Benjamin Zief, and Henry Zief and great-grandmother of Valerie, Lily, Hazel, and Elliott; devoted sister of Charlotte Style. 

Hazel was a cum laude graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a degree in chemistry and later received a master’s degree in education from Lehigh University. She graduated college during WWII and later taught chemistry both at the high school and college level in Bethlehem and Allentown, Pa. She was an active member of the Temple Covenant of Peace in Easton, Pa. 

Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services Tuesday July 30, 12:00 at Roosevelt Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
