OSOKOW HELEN (nee Samuels) October 6, 2002 of Philadelphia, PA; wife of the late Jack Osokow, mother of Ronald (Ellen Jaramillo) Osokow and Susan (Arnold) Weiss; sister of Jack (Charlotte) Samuels, Leon (Marcia) Samuels, Sidney (Myrna) Samuels and Bernard Samuels; also survived by 4 grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to graveside services Tuesday 1:00 P.M. at the Montefiore Cemetery, Church Road at Borbeck Sts. The family will return to the late residence and respectfully requests that contributions in her memory be made to Beth-Zion Beth Israel Congregation, Hadassah or to a charity of the donor's choice.
