Father of Dr. Steven (Rhena) Kelsen, Dr. David (Suzanne) Kelsen and Peter (Kate) Kelsen Esq.; also survived by 10 grandchildren and 3 great grand-children. Relatives and friends are invited to Services Thursday, 1 P.M., JOSEPH LEVINE AND SON, N. Broad St. above 71st Ave. Int. Montefiore Cem. The family will return to the residence of Dr. and Mrs. Steven Kelsen. Contributions in his memory may be made to Perelman Jewish Day School.
