(Jeannie) Sulby, Susan (Dr. Marvin) Cravetz and Gwenne Sulby; grandfather of Matthew Sulby, Kimberly Katz, Kenny Cravetz, Damien Basch, and Ari Sulby; also survived by 4 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to Memorial Services Wednesday, December 22, 2004 at 12:30 P.M. at JOSEPH LEVINE AND SON, N. Broad St. above 71st Ave. The family will return Wednesday evening only to the late residence and respectfully request that contributions in his memory be made to Associated Day Care Services Inc., 715 Jackson St., Philadelphia, PA 19148.
