Brother of Philip (Rose) Brill and Selma (The late Dr. William) Stepansky. Grandfather of Diana Venus and Joshua Kater. Herb is also survived by caring nieces, nephews and loyal friends. Services will be private. The family will return Tuesday and Wednesday evening beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the late residence and respectfully request that contri-butions in his memory be made to a charity of the donor's choice. Over many rears Herb faced multiple health issues. He had a positive attitude, strength and courage and was an inspiration to all who knew him.
