HERBERT S., 78, June 10, 2007, Professor to some but Herb to all. His passing is mourned by his family, friends and countless students at the Univ. of Penna. whose lives he touched. He is survived by his wife of 54 years Helene, his daughters, Jan Levine (Michael Zuckerman) and Judith Levine (Edward Sobel), his daughter-in-law Judy Leventhal (who was married to Herb and Helene's son Jonathan who died in 1986), his sister Myra (Jack) Heller, 3 grand-children Rachel, Josh and Julia; also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Services, Thursday, 10 A.M. precisely, JOSEPH LEVINE AND SONS MEMORIAL CHAPEL, 4737 Street Road, Trevose, 215-942-4700. The family will receive at the Funeral Home from 9 A.M. Int.
