DR. HERBERT A., July 16, 2014, of Newtown PA. Husband of Adele (nee Seidel); father of Edward (Julie) Yantes; grand-father of Keith and Robyn.
Dr. Yantes was a graduate of Jefferson Medical College, Chief of Medicine at Frankford Hospital and Asst. Professor at Jefferson who taught Clinical Studies. Dr. Yantes received the Chapel of 4 Chaplains Humanitarian Award in 1975 for his work in the community.
Relatives and friends are invited to Graveside Services Friday, 11 A.M., Shalom Memorial Park, Pine and Byberry Rds. The family will return to the residence of Mr. and Mrs. Edward Yantes on Friday only. In lieu of flowers, contributions in his memory may be made to Chandler Hall Hospice.
