PA, formerly of New York City area; devoted husband of Ruth for 65 years, beloved father of Dr. Richard Tax and the late Jonathan Tax; grandfather of Jason and Aaron. Founder and President of Podopediatrics; clinician and tireless teacher, author and lecturer. Service and Burial at Mount Ararat Cemetery, Farmingdale, Long Island N.Y. (exit 33 of Southern State Parkway) at 2 P.M. Wednesday. For further information: GUTTERMAN'S FUNERAL HOME, 516-764-9400. Donations to: Herman R.
