IRA M. SALIGMAN
The leadership and staff of the National Museum of American Jewish History mourns the passing of its longtime devoted Trustee
Ira M. Saligman who, along with his family, were among the Museum's earliest and most steadfast supporters. Predeceased by his father Robert, he was the loving son of Alice Saligman (Klaus Brinkman). Together with Arden, Ira was the devoted parent of Van, Lila, and Gill, and brother of Carolyn Saligman, Laury Saligman (John McGill), and Peter (Meg) Saligman. He was a passionate and articulate leader of NMAJH and our Jewish community, and championed a new initiative to collect and preserve family stories for generations to come. May his memory be for a blessing.
